Aluminium Ogee Gutter System

Introduction

The S&G aluminium ogee gutter system is part of the high flow capacity Dolphin range that has been designed and developed with 15 years’ experience in manufacturing and installing rainwater goods.

Composition and Manufacture

The ogee gutter system is constructed from extruded aluminium to BS1474 and conforms to aluminium rainwater goods specification BS2997.

Appearance

The ogee gutter system is available in a range of colours and finishes. There is a choice of polyester powder coating from the Ral or Syntha Pulvin range – both come with a 25 year paint guarantee. Once fitted, there are no visible fixings and no silicon sealants are required.

Compatibility

All aluminium products should be suitably isolated from other dissimilar materials such as steel / copper because of the likelihood of a cross bio-metallic reactions, which will therefore result in the failure of any aluminium system.

Durability

Aluminium is a lightweight, clean and very durable material and does not rust. In most commercial environments it will offer a life expectancy exceeding 60 years.
