Design

S & G are able to offer a full technical design service for standard or bespoke aluminium cladding, cappings, soffit, louvres, Brise Soleil and rainwater goods to name but a few. All aluminium products are fully supported by independent structural calculations - allowing flexibility and freedom to exercise a more adventurous approach to the aesthetical appearance of a building.

Drawing

Through the natural flexibility and durability of aluminium, aesthetic boundaries are constantly being pushed to the limits. By using the latest auto CAD and solid edge 3D modelling software, S & G are able to offer full drawing facilities. With our experienced team on-hand to offer their expertise, practical and cost-efficient design solutions will always be provided – however large the project is.

Site surveying

S & G are able to offer an on-site measuring service – ensuring any materials ordered are correct for the specific project. Site conditions and notification of any obstructions that could interfere with the installation process will be brought to the contactor's attention at this stage.

Manufacturing

Through the continual expansion of our facilities and investment in the latest state-of-the- art machinery, S & G offer a comprehensive manufacturing service which includes guillotining, folding, rolling, welding, linishing, swaging, cutting and specialist fabrication to a very high standard. These processes are carried out by our experienced skilled sheet metal fabricators on 3 and 4 metre brake presses, 3 metre guillotines, powered 3 metre rollers, CNC cutting saws up to 600mm blade width, MIG and TIG welding facilities.

Installation

S & G offer a full installation service using direct employed personnel with an average of over 12 years’ on-site experience installing all S & G products. All personnel are CSCS certified, tower erection certified and scissor/cherry picker certified. This service is available to clients throughout the UK.
